Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfumes.
However, returns may be accepted if:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The item is received in defective condition.
Any return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
- Manufacturing defects
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preferences
- Opened or used products
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Proof Requirement
To process a return, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Packaging images (if applicable)
